Common Questions

Answers to Common Questions

Yes. However, the first trimester requires very gentle poses and exercises to prevent overexertion. We focus strictly on breathing exercises, light stretches, and relaxation techniques. Always consult your OB-GYN before starting.

Garbh Sanskar refers to educating/communicating with the unborn baby. It involves practices like reading moral books, positive self-talk, listening to classical ragas (Garbh Sangeet), and gentle meditation, which lower maternal cortisol levels and support healthy baby brain development.

For a normal delivery, gentle postpartum yoga and breathing exercises can start around 6 weeks post-birth. For a C-section, it is highly recommended to wait 8 to 10 weeks and get clinical clearance from your gynecologist before commencing workout routines.

Not at all! Over 80% of the mothers who join our program have never practiced yoga before. Our routines are taught by certified instructors who demonstrate step-by-step props-assisted modifications suitable for absolute beginners.
